LOCALIZATION

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

These are two old buildings, one with two floors and the other with one floor, with a resistant structure of stone walls, partition walls and a reinforced concrete slab cover:

The building on Rua da Paz has a single west-facing facade in reasonable condition and the interior in poor condition; The building on Rua Franz Fanon, with two floors facing south and west, has a slight deterioration on the outside and the interior (floor, walls and ceilings) in a reasonable state of conservation.

The 40 cm thick exterior walls are made of stone, the interior walls are partitioned and the roof is made of reinforced concrete. The walls are plastered and painted, the floors are colored screed (iron oxide) and the patio/backyard is made of natural screed. The carpentry is made of varnished mahogany.
